Plot: An Eighth Voyage for Treasure
Daredevil sailor Sinbad, played by Douglas Fairbanks Jr., embarks on a grand voyage. He sails across the Seven Seas. His goal is to find Alexander the Great’s lost riches. His first stop is the port of Basra. There, authorities seize his ship. They schedule it for auction. In his effort to reclaim it, he befriends the beautiful concubine Shireen. However, her master, the evil Emir (Anthony Quinn), calls her back. Sinbad must then interrupt his quest. He instead focuses on saving the “Jewel of Persia.”
