Street Health at Father Joe’s Villages
Removing Barriers to Life-Changing Care
Father Joe’s Villages Street Health Program provides outreach health services by bringing medical care directly to people living on the streets. In 2022, over 450 unique patients were served.
Our Father Joe’s Villages Street Health team recently received another vehicle, an edition that will enhance our ability to provide transportation to individuals experiencing homelessness to critical appointments to the pharmacy to obtain medications, and much more. Additionally, we will be able to participate in community outreach events as well as street-based care.
In 2023, we will continue to provide consistent medical services, including dental and psychiatric care, directly to people on the streets of San Diego.
