This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
ARE ALL ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR FREE SHIPPING?
Unfortunately, due to size, weight, or fragile nature, some items cannot be shipped. Where applicable, these items are available for pickup at our auction warehouse at 815 33rd St, San Diego, CA 92102, or at any of our Retail Locations in the San Diego area. All items not available for free shipping will be marked or otherwise indicated on their respective product pages.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer free shipping on all orders, sent via UPS or USPS standard ground to the contiguous 48 United States – this excludes Hawaii and Alaska. Due to restrictions of our carriers, some products may not qualify for free delivery due to excessive weight, physical size, or fragile nature. In these cases, products are available for pickup at any of our Retail Locations or our Auction Warehouse during normal business hours.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
DO YOU DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES?
Due to issues related fraud, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’ve indicated a P.O. Box for delivery, your order will be canceled and your confirmed payment will be returned to the credit card or service used to make the original payment.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
All deliveries are shipped via UPS or USPS standard ground to the contiguous 48 United States. Upon completion of your order, you will be sent a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress. In the event of inclement weather, acts of nature, technical issues, or other impediments to prompt delivery, the carrier will update your tracking status. For consideration, once an item has been provided to our carrier, the delivery schedule is managed outside of Father Joe’s Villages’ control. Please use the tracking code sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you did not receive a tracking code, please contact us at online-store@neighbor.org.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT OR STOLEN UPON DELIVERY?
Shipping, handling, and and delivery is managed by agencies/services outside of Father Joe’s Villages’ control and falls under the purview of the assigned parcel carrier. If your item(s) has been damaged in transit, please contact us or the assigned carrier using information found in your tracking information to initiate an investigation toward resolution and/or compensation. If it’s determined Father Joe’s Villages is at fault for damages incurred during delivery, we will work with you to reissue the item or a similar item wherever possible, or reimburse your loss.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST/STOLEN AFTER CONFIRMED DELIVERY?
Father Joe’s Villages only uses the services of reputable parcel carriers that thoroughly document their delivery process through tracking software. If you suspect your package(s) has been lost, misplaced, or stolen, check your tracking link to confirm successful delivery has been documented. Unavoidable or unforeseen delays can affect an estimated delivery date/time. If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us to assist in a potential resolution. For issues related to theft subsequent to confirmed delivery, Father Joe’s Villages has fulfilled its legal obligations to ensure your order’s delivery, however, we’re available to assist in potential resolution on a case-by-case basis.
