Our security officers are the first face guests, residents, volunteers, and staff see as they enter the Village. When most of us go home for the evening and relax in the comfort of our own homes, the Security team is working 24/7 to keep those in the Village and the surrounding area safe.
In 2023, the team completed over 19,141 calls for service. Last year alone, over 40 lives were saved by our officers, 20 of whom were saved because CPR was successfully administered in a moment of bravery by members of the team.
While these statistics are quite extraordinary, these individuals often go the extra mile in ways that cannot be measured in numbers. No matter the circumstance, they show up every single day and make sure our neighbors in need feel safe and loved.
