Starting in January 2022, Father Joe’s Villages is leasing units in a 14-story, affordable housing community, called Saint Teresa of Calcutta Villa, in the San Diego Downtown area.
Affordable Rents for Veterans
The building features two residential towers with 407 apartments, including 80 units dedicated to serving veterans. Some of those units belong to a low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) program that offers rents as low as $1,269.00 per month for studio units, or 60% of the renter’s income.
