St. Vincent de Paul Village, Inc., a mission-style campus located in the heart of San Diego, houses 900 families, single men and single women every night and prepares more than 3,000 meals each day. Programs include career and education services, child development, meals, medical and dental care, mental health services, military veterans assistance, and more. The Joan Kroc Center, Paul Mirabile Center, 15th & Commercial, Village Place, Villa Harvey Mandel, and 16th & Market are all part of the downtown Village.
Toussaint Academy San Diego is the only long-term residential program for homeless youth in San Diego, providing them with transitional housing and a continuum of supportive services. Toussaint Academy has served hundreds of teens who have no place else to call home. It continues to thrive as a place where teens learn the skills they need to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
Josue Homes (six independent living residences) lets those suffering in isolation due to being HIV-positive find a supportive communal living environment. Josue residents learn to persevere through counseling, health services and practicing independent living skills. The Foundation is the largest non-hospice service provider of HIV- and AIDS-related residential services in San Diego County.
Martha’s Village & Kitchen, Inc. at the Dan Dunlap Center in Indio, CA (near Palm Springs) provides housing for 120 guests, including families with children and single women. The center offers educational programs, job training, children's programs and counseling, as well as assistance with job placement and permanent housing. An on-site medical clinic serves clients’ health care needs. Martha’s Village & Kitchen provides 250,000 meals annually to the poor of the Coachella Valley.
